Do you need some organization in your business? These must-have online business tools will help you stay organized. Not only that, using them will allow you to get more done in a shorter amount of time.
OK, so, there are many different types of online businesses. But the fact of the matter is, regardless of what kind of online business you have, or even if your business is an off-line business, you still need some great tools to keep your business humming along properly.
I’ve put together a list of my own must-have online business tools and I know they would work for you too.
This list gets updated whenever I find a great new tool to share with you, or, when one of my go-to’s either stops working or disappears for some reason.
Yes, that can happen. But no worries! I’ll keep you posted here. Here we go…
Must-Have Online Business Tools For Blogging/ECommerce
These tools and services are things that are commonly used for blogs or ecommerce sites.
- Get Response – Get Response is an all in one email marketing platform that you can use to grow your business. If you have a business, one of the most important things for you to do from the very beginning is to grow your own email list. Get Response has everything you need to get the job done.
- SiteGround – Web Hosting platform.
- Wealthy Affiliate – An All-In-One affiliate marketing online business solution offering premium affiliate marketing training, free websites and hosting, domains, an online business community and everything you need to learn affiliate marketing and get your business started today.
- Canva – Canva is an online graphic design tool that allows you to create professional looking graphics for use on your blog. I love Canva and this is my most-used tool for creating graphics for any of my sites.
- PicMonkey – Online photo editing and design platform.
Must-Have Online Business Tools For Productivity
The word productivity says it all! Because we all know that fi you’re not productive, you won’t accomplish much in your business. These things will help you stay organized and get more stuff done.
- Trello – Trello is an online organization tool that organizes your projects into boards and lists. Trello is amazing and has replaced every paper business and personal list that I used to have.
- Google Docs – Google is my go to resource for productivity resources. Stay organized and have access to all your documents from any computer or device that you work on, anywhere that you have access to the internet. Google Docs is great for your word processing needs and Google Sheets is a must have spreadsheet application.
- Google Calendar – Google calendar will keep you and all your business stuff organized perfectly. Access it from anywhere and sync across all of your devices.
Must-Have Online Business Tools – Royalty Free Stock Images
This subject is so important, I included a separate section for it even though technically it belongs with Blogging and ECommerce tools.
Any blog or website requires images. And alot of people starting new sites are under the misconception that they can simply go to Google, find some images they like, download them and then use them on their blog or ecommerce site. That couldn’t be further from the truth, and it’s a big No-No if you’re doing that.
It’s important to know that if you need images for a blog or website, you cannot just grab any images you want from Google or any other site. That is a huge no-no! I can’t stress this enough.
You must be sure that you are using images that are not copyrighted and that you have permission to use for your site. Here is a list of good stock photo sites where you can get royalty free images. Some of these sites offer free images, some charge a fee per image, and some offer a monthly or quarterly membership for use of the images on their site. Each site has slightly different usage rules, so be sure to read (and understand) those usage rules before using the images.
